2. Services Provided
Epps Waste Co. provides residential trash pickup and commercial waste services in Branson, Hollister, and surrounding areas. Our services operate on a month-to-month basis, and no long-term contract is required.
3. User Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for the following:
Proper bin placement to ensure pickup
Compliance with waste disposal rules, including avoiding hazardous or prohibited materials
⚠ Prohibited Items: Customers may not dispose of hazardous materials, chemicals, or any other waste restricted by local laws.
Missed Pickups & Late Fees
Missed Pickup (Our Fault): If we miss a scheduled pickup, we will return to complete the service at no additional charge.
Missed Pickup (Customer's Fault): If a customer misses their pickup and we are no longer in the area, a pickup fee will apply to reschedule service.
Late Fees: There are no late fees at this time. However, in the future, we may implement either a fixed-rate fee or percentage-based fee (TBD).
Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy is currently under development and will be updated here once finalized.
4. Payment Terms
Payments are processed through a third-party provider (to be specified).
Refunds or credits for missed pickups are not offered, but we will return to service any missed pickup if it was our fault.
Late fees for unpaid invoices are to be determined.
5. Prohibited Activities
Customers may not use the website for any unlawful purposes, including but not limited to:
Spam or fraudulent activity
Misuse of contact forms
Unauthorized attempts to disrupt our services
Customer Reviews & Comments: We do not allow customer reviews or public comments on our website.
6. Liability and Disclaimers
Cart Damage: We are not responsible for damage to customers’ personal trash carts. We recommend customers use our provided carts, as doing so does not change the monthly service rate.
Equipment Damage: If any of our equipment is damaged due to normal wear and tear (not by the customer), we will replace it at no cost.
Weather Delays: Service delays due to inclement weather are handled on a case-by-case basis. Updates will be posted on Facebook, and bulk email communication will be implemented soon.
Service Guarantee: We guarantee a service day as long as weather permits.
7. Service Modifications and Termination
Epps Waste Co. does not change service pricing or terms at will.
We reserve the right to terminate service due to violations, including non-payment or improper disposal of hazardous waste.
8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri. Any disputes shall be resolved informally whenever possible. Customers may contact us via email or phone with any concerns, and we will do our best to accommodate issues.
9. Changes to Terms and Conditions
Epps Waste Co. reserves the right to modify these terms as necessary. Any changes will be communicated via:
